We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address and profile details, as well as usage data generated as you interact with courses and the platform.
National ID / iqama number and gender
When you register for a course we ask for your full name as on your ID, your national ID or iqama number and your gender. They are required for every course because accredited certificates are issued in your legal name and ID number, and the bodies that accredit our programmes (such as the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and the National eLearning Center) require them to register and verify trainees. Gender is also used to arrange training groups where the regulations call for it.
Learners outside Saudi Arabia give their passport number instead. Your ID number is stored encrypted, is visible only to authorised staff, and is shared only with the body that accredits your course — never sold or used for marketing.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process enrollments and payments, personalize your experience, and communicate with you about your account and relevant updates.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, subject to appropriate safeguards.
